What is Spiritual Coaching?

A spiritual coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are.  Spiritual coaching works with you to change/re-direct/navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, eliminate limiting beliefs, and remove roadblocks.

Spiritual coaching works with root causes instead of treating symptoms.   Root causes can include agreements or promises made consciously or unconsciously which no longer serve us or our higher good or attachments to people, things, events which cause us 

suffering.

Spiritual coaching helps us to see that we already have all of the tools we need within us and helps us commit to who we truly are, not just who we think we should be.  Spiritual coaching is about activating your own power.  Power is not sought after from the outside such as how you look, how much money you earn or who you know, but cultivated from within by connecting to your own internal resources.  Attuning to your own power involves looking at old patterns and authentically reconnecting with your authentic self.

Spiritual coaching helps you align with life by shifting from linear thought patterns to cyclical living.  Linear living is filled with expectations, if I do A + B then I will arrive at point C.  However, being in the flow with life cycles, is understanding you cannot control life.  Life unfolds in unexpected ways and even though it may not go the way you would like it to, you will be able to peacefully align with life's changes and challenges as well as surrender and let go in a graceful way.
